Rep. Johnson on Obama Lawsuit - ‘It’s a Coup’

August 5, 2014 By Eric Scheiner

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) took to the defense of President Obama during a House Armed Services Committee (HASC) hearing, claiming the House lawsuit is “a coup”.   The lawsuit argues that Obama’s executive orders in a number of areas are unlawful because they exceed his powers. It focuses chiefly on the executive orders involving changes to the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  “That’s what he’s going to be sued for,” Johnson said during the committee hearing last week, “But the overall narrative that is being created is - that the president is lawless and he doesn’t abide by the rule of law, he’s a socialist, he’s not a Christian, he’s not one of us - lets get rid of him. So it’s a coup.”......To Read More....

My Take - As you read the article and watch the video please keep in mind this is same genius that thought Guam was going to tip over into the ocean if a few thousand U.S. Marines were sent there. The man clearly qualifies to be a member of the Club For the Galacticly Stupid, but what's should really concern everyone is who keeps voting him into office. When it becomes obvious to the most casual observer he's the dullest pebble in the brook and yet keeps being elected one has to ask - how smart can his constituency be? However, he seems to be a nice man versus the woman he replaced - Cynthia McKinney, who a substantial number of people – including me – think she’s nuts – as in certifiable,

Voters in her district voted her out and then back in until she eventually lost to Johnson.  Was she really nuts?  Well, she claimed “US military shot and killed 5000 prisoners during Katrina and dumped their bodies, a multitude of 9/11 conspiracy theories (unsurprisingly), and that Jeb Bush was running a drug ring out of Columbia while he was governor of Florida. Conspiracy theories concerning famous assassinations endorsed by McKinney include believing that James Earl Ray did not kill Martin Luther King Jr., that Lee Harvey Oswald did not kill JFK, that Sirhan Sirhan did not kill Robert F. Kennedy, and – particularly vehemently – that Biggie did not kill Tupac.”  “Cracked.com lists her as the sixth most insane person who has ever run for president.”  If she's not nuts she gives are really good impression of it.  However - think of this - she and Johnson were both elected from the same Congressional district.  Scary!
